Shift: Graveyard Shift 10pm-6:30am Monday thru Friday. Schedule may vary depending on work load

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Food Manufacturing Associate to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the production of high-quality food products in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work well in a team, and committed to maintaining our high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

As a Food Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of top-quality food items. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with Raw Product Production: Contribute to the heart of our operation by ensuring the proper handling and preparation of raw materials for production.

Operating Packaging Equipment: Be at the forefront of our packaging process, utilizing cutting-edge equipment to package our delectable products efficiently and effectively.

Assisting with Dough Sheeting and Molding: Showcase your skills as you assist in the creation of mouthwatering dough-based products, contributing to the artistry that goes into crafting our delectable breads.

Experience:

Prior experience in a food manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required.

Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and quality control procedures.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Requirements:

Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. frequently throughout the shift

Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership

Ability to solve practical problems and analyze processes for improvements

Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of applications; specifically using Word to create and modify documents, Excel to record data and calculate results, and Outlook to communicate internally and externally.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at one time using effective organizational skills and judgment in an environment of frequently changing circumstances.
