Job Description

In this role, you will assist a machine operator and work collaboratively in a team environment. You will be trained to support each stage of the converting process and, over time, become a lead operator. This position requires an 8-hour shift where you will be on your feet in a temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in machine operation and packaging processes.

Inspect products to ensure quality standards.

Operate machinery involved in paper converting.

Use forklifts as necessary for moving materials.

Consistently lift up to 30lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, twisting, squatting, and rotating throughout the shift.Essential Skills

Minimum of 6 months previous manufacturing experience within the last 2 years.

Ability to lift 30lbs consistently.

Capability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and rotate during an 8-hour shift.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.

High School Diploma is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a clean, modern facility with newer machines and ample space for warehousing large rolls of tissue and boxes of finished products. The environment is temperature-controlled, providing comfortable working conditions despite some noise. Hearing protection is available but not required. The shift runs from 9 PM to 5 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kaukauna, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.

Full-time
