Electronics Assembly Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Assembly Manager to lead and support the assembly and testing of RF microwave electronic component assemblies, from sub-assemblies through full system integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronic systems, an in-depth understanding of RF and microwave components, and the ability to manage complex assembly processes in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end process of electronic assembly and system integration for RF/microwave components.

Review and interpret customer specifications, documentation, and performance requirements, including material, process, and system-level testing criteria.

Design and develop custom system interface test fixtures to meet integration and validation requirements.

Generate in-process testing procedures, data sheets, and supporting documentation for assembly and quality assurance processes.

Produce engineering documentation to support build and test processes, ensuring traceability and compliance with program requirements.

Provide hands-on technical support for engineers, technicians, and associates in relation to tools, testing methodologies, and test equipment setup or rental.

Serve as a key technical expert with a strong understanding of system designs, diagnostics, and integration workflows.
