Service Technicians Responsibilities:

· Servicing customer homes within the Phoenix metro area

· Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problem

· Common Job types include:

· Maintenance and service repairs

· systems enhancements

· System replacement advising

· Communicating with customers and vendors

· Ordering consumables and maintaining company equipment

· Respond to service calls to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems for customers of client under warranty

· Make emergency repairs as indicated to minimize system defect issues on our clientele

Service Technicians Preferred Qualifications:

· Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

· Knowledge of Service Titan

· NATE certification

· EPA Type II Certification

· 5+ years of residential HVAC experience

· Master Heat Pump Certification

· Inverter familiarity

Service Technicians Requirements:

· 3 years of residential HVAC experience

· Basic hand tools are required

· Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· Schedule: Year-Round work. Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM, Rotating Saturday Shifts.
