Distribution Operations Manager

Job Description

Must be highly organized.

Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Must be able to work well with KTN staff and with

Customer company management.

Strong computer skills

Must be capable of working alone or as part of a team.

Willing to openly communicate with all customer management and employees about all

aspects of the business.

Wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and follow all Safety Procedures as outlined in

the KTN Safety Manual and OSHA regulations.

Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

Mathematical skills: ability to perform all basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply,

divide).

Have a high standard for quality.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

Perform various tasks in assistance or support of the KTN-organization

Adhere to all KTN work and safety rules.

Insuring all OSHA safety standards are followed and executed.

Able to solve practical problems, interpret instructions, deal with a variety of variables.

Complete administration paperwork

Control of man hours and overtime.

Complete and monitor KPI’s for assigned department.

Analyze the performance, propose and implement improvements.

Determine the training needs of your team. Coordinate and assist in the implantation.

Able to motivate and encourage your team to make suggestion ideas and improvements.

Perform audits to check the quality and safety of your team.

Must possess the skills to provide quality customer service including the ability to deal

with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.Company Description
