The role is Windows 10 deskside support. just received a large hardware shipment and its all hands on deck temporarily to help out the below tasks temporarily and/or when hardware comes in for refreshes. They try to rotate people around these tasks… (rotation between support and physical tasking associated with the hardware refresh)
I'm looking for the resources to be able to cover things like, scanning pcs for inventory, loading pallets and wrapping them, unpacking computers and peripherals, etc. There may not be a lot of technical support right now as physical labor. This could change quickly as the need for more technical responsibilities arise.

up to 40 year criminal background required + education and employment checks
Technician Requirements:
Day to Day support—of end users—customer service
2 to 3 years+ of 100 % day to day Deskside (Hands on support) experience in a corporate environment )
Windows 7/Windows 10 and MS office support experience
Hard drive encryption experience required (Bit locker)
Client Networking support
Desktop/Laptop Installation/de-installation experience
