Job Description
LHH is hiring a Program Manager over Support Services for our client in Jackson Heights! The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring compliance, grants management, and hiring/leadership of staff.
Summary,
Employment type: Direct-Hire
Location: 100% onsite in Jackson Heights, NY
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM-6PM
Responsibilities include,
Ensure overall compliance of programs at the Queens location, including service deliverable levels, quality, budget, and reports.
Assist with grants management, revenue projection, and expense budgeting for assigned projects.
Recruit, hire, and supervise program staff, providing clinical and administrative oversight.
Develop and execute recruitment and enrollment plans to increase the client base.
Perform quality assurance and improvement activities, and maintain educational and promotional materials.
Troubleshoot crises with clients and providers, and collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive services.
Submit timely internal and external reports, provide training, and represent the agency at various venues.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and organizational activities.
Minimum requirements include,
Bachelor degree or higher in human/social services field
3-5 years of experience in human/social services field
2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in human/social services field
Experience working with individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse issues
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
