Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a difference while working from home? We are looking for an experienced SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children in Pennsylvania.

In this role, you'll work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students in overcoming communication challenges. You will play a key role in developing and implementing personalized education plans (IEPs) and delivering effective therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, while developing and implementing tailored IEPs.

Provide therapy, track student progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs.

Conduct evaluations, keep detailed records, and actively participate in team planning meetings.

Advocate for students, stay current with the latest practices, and participate in professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Masters or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Pennsylvania SLP license.

ASHA CCC-SLP Certification.

At least 2 years of experience working with students facing communication challenges.

Experience with virtual therapy preferred.

Stable internet connection and computer (Chromebooks/tablets not permitted).

Compensation & Benefits:

Independent contractor (1099) position.

Guaranteed weekly hours and pay for both direct and indirect services.
