Responsibilities:
• Supervise clinic staff and ensure efficient daily operations to maintain quality patient care.
• Coordinate training programs for employees to enhance skills and meet organizational standards.
• Implement and monitor workflow improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for call rotations.
• Manage equipment and supply needs to support clinic functionality.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide backup management support in the absence of the Practice Manager.
• Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize Epic systems to streamline operations and support clinic processes.

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (MA).
