Sara Walker with Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee clinic operations in Portland, Oregon. This role is integral to ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality patient care, and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinic staff and ensure efficient daily operations to maintain quality patient care.

• Coordinate training programs for employees to enhance skills and meet organizational standards.

• Implement and monitor workflow improvements to optimize operational efficiency.

• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for call rotations.

• Manage equipment and supply needs to support clinic functionality.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

• Provide backup management support in the absence of the Practice Manager.

• Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.

• Collaborate with leadership to maintain adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize Epic systems to streamline operations and support clinic processes.

• Certification as a Medical Assistant (MA).

• Proficiency in using Epic systems.
