Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Gainesville, GA

Type: Travel/Contract

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Monday-Friday, with possible on-call

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop care plans

Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration

Document patient progress using OASIS and Homecare Homebase

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management

Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Georgia

Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience

Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase

Current BLS certification (AHA)

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
