Soliant Education is seeking a mitted and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an onsite position for the 20252026 academic year. This is a full-time, contract position offering weekly pay and a prehensive benefits package.
Job Details:
Contract Dates: August 21, 2025 June 12, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week), Monday through Friday
Population: Students with severe disabilities and autism
Age Range: Varies from age 2 through 22
Position Type: Onsite only
Key Responsibilities:
Participate as a member of the schools crisis response team
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Collaborate on behavior goals for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Support and train school staff in behavioral strategies
Monitor data collection and analyze behavioral trends
Provide direct support for students with behavior-related needs
Utilize de-escalation techniques as necessary
Requirements:
Active Board Certification as a BCBA
Current licensure/certification (confirmation of active status required upon application)
Experience working with students with severe disabilities and autism preferred
Strong munication and collaboration skills
Must be able to work onsite throughout the duration of the contract
