Job Title: Maintenance Journeyman

Job Description

This role involves repairing, maintaining, and improving all equipment associated with the production of die cast parts. You will work with a variety of machinery, including die cast machines, presses, robots, electric melting furnaces/pre-heaters, CNCs, and other related assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair equipment related to die casting production.

Maintain and improve the performance of die cast machines, presses, and robots.

Perform electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.

Read and understand blueprints for effective maintenance operations.

Troubleshoot and program Allen-Bradley PLCs.

Work with Motoman and ABB robots, focusing on troubleshooting and programming.

Engage in fabrication tasks as needed.Essential Skills

Proficiency in maintenance repair tasks.

Strong electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.

Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.

Expertise in blueprint reading and understanding.

Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs.

Experience with Motoman and ABB robots.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $74880.00/yr.

3 medical plan options:

This position is eligible for a signing bonus:

- $1,500 after completing 3 months (90 days)

- $1,500 after completing 6 months (180 days)

- $2,000 after completing 12 months (payroll after 1-year anniversary)
