CMM Programmer – Precision Inspection Specialist
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Type: Full-Time Permanent
Are you detail-driven and passionate about precision? We’re hiring a CMM Program Manager to join our new product launch team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our machined parts meet exact customer specifications through advanced inspection programming and dimensional analysis. What You’ll Be Doing:
Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS
Perform detailed dimensional inspections and full layout reports
Interpret complex blueprints, control plans, and technical documentation
Use micrometers, calipers, height gages, and other precision tools
Collaborate with engineering to support product revisions and process improvements What You Bring:
Hands-on experience with CMM programming(PC-DMIS required)
Strong understanding of GD&T and metrology principles
Familiarity with C++, CNC, Mastercam, and embedded software
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machining processes
Formal training in CMM programming and dimensional inspection Perks & Benefits:

Full-time
