Job Description
Adecco is assisting a client located in Lake Mills, WI in hiring an Engineering Assistant on 1st shift from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. The pay would be dependent on year of schooling from $24-28/hr. Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Job Duties include:
· Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
· Support project managers in tracking project progress and ensuring milestones are met.
· Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making.
· Collaborate with engineers to develop technical solutions and troubleshoot issues.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
· Maintain organized project files and documentation.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
