Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

This contract position is located in Columbus, OH, and focuses on providing essential speech-language pathology services to approximately 20-25 students, primarily within the kindergarten and early grades. Your expertise will play a vital role in fostering communication skills for a diverse student population, including English learners who primarily speak Nepali and Kinyarwanda.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-8 students
Familiarity with language screenings and Response to Intervention (RtI) frameworks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with special education teams

Responsibilities:
Conduct language screenings for kindergarten students by October
Develop and implement language RtI groups tailored to student needs
Collaborate with special education teams to design individualized education plans (IEPs)
Provide direct speech and language therapy to assigned students
Monitor and document student progress and outcomes
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
