Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

Improve production efficiency and quality through developing new manufacturing processes.

Review and improve current processes with an eye on consistency and quality.

Maintain accurate documentation

Provide hands-on engineering support

Actively participate in cross functional continuous improvement initiatives

Work with suppliers to define product specifications and ensure quality

Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred

Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar environment and role

Proficiency in SolidWorks/SigmaNest and Microsoft Office required.

Strong blueprint reading skills, including proficiency in GD&T.

Experienced in Project Management managing multiple projects

Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Benefits:

Salary of up to $100k based on experience
