We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician to join our surgical services team in Birmingham, AL.

Job Details:

40 hours per week

13 weeks

2nd shift; 2p-10:30p

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, decontaminate, sterilize, and assemble surgical instruments and equipment, with a focus on orthopedic trays

Ensure all instruments and surgical sets are sterile, complete, and properly stored

Maintain proper documentation for sterilization processes and tray tracking

Requirements:

Sterile Processing Certification (CRCST or CBSPD) Required

Minimum 2 years of recent travel experience in sterile processing Required

Strong understanding of orthopedic instrumentation and podiatry sets
