What You’ll Do:

Lead daily accounting operations and support project closeouts

Analyze revenue, backlog, project margins, and contribute to financial reporting

Manage inventory accounting and coordinate cycle counts across multiple facilities

Partner with operations, payroll, and shop floor teams to ensure accurate and timely data

Support forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis

• Proven experience in accounting within a manufacturing or inventory-intensive environment.

• Strong proficiency in account reconciliation, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.

• Familiarity with Costpoint (Deltek) software is highly desirable.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to think critically and work independently.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all departments.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
