Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various machines such as CNC machines, lathe machines, and grinder machines. This role offers opportunities for growth, including learning to handle forklifts, minor troubleshooting, machine setup, and programming CNC machinery. Additionally, you will be trained to read blueprints and sheets.

Responsibilities

Operate different machines including CNC machines, lathe machines, and grinder machines.

Perform minor troubleshooting and machine setup.

Handle machine change-outs of parts.

Learn to program CNC machinery.

Read and interpret blueprints and sheets.Essential Skills

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Experience in machine operation and production.

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.

Experience with hand and power tools.

Mechanical aptitude.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & Qualifications

GED or high school diploma.

Experience with inspection, packing, and using a tape measure.

Knowledge of using calipers and other precision tools.Why Work Here?

This position is in a non-climate controlled environment with older, more mechanical machinery. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.92 - $19.92/hr.
