Associate Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for an Associate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Zephyrhills, Florida. In the Associate Patient Care Coordinator role, you will provide essential front office support, including scheduling appointments, registering patients, handling payments, and managing incoming calls. Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage patient appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Register patients accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the system.

• Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing receipts.

• Respond to inbound calls with attention to detail, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.

• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating electronic medical records (EMR).

• Collaborate with medical office staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with medical office procedures and data entry (Preferred)

• Prior experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as eCW is a plus.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. (Preferred)
