Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Behavior Specialist or ABA Therapist
Familiarity with PECS (Picture Exchange munication System)
Proficient in using AAC devices
Background in working with young children, particularly in a school setting
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to a preschool student utilizing ABA techniques
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote effective munication and behavioral strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
Attend team meetings and participate in professional development opportunities as required
