Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Gather, organize, and interpret data to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.

• Conduct A/B testing and other research methods to evaluate the impact of proposed changes.

• Manage projects and tasks in an Agile Scrum environment, adhering to timelines and deliverables.

• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through presentations and written documentation.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare detailed analyses and high-quality reports.

• Apply sound judgment and independent decision-making to solve complex problems.

• Stay informed about trends and best practices in data collection, research, and business analysis.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with data analysis, data gathering, and creating dashboards.

• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and project management principles.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and other technical documentation.

• Ability to conduct A/B testing and implement research methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and solve complex problems.
