We're looking for a mid-level Electrical Engineer who’s eager to tackle meaningful design challenges and help shape the next generation of aerospace electronics — all while enjoying a 9/80 schedule, generous benefits, and a workplace where your time and talent are equally valued.
What You’ll Do
You'll be a key player in a multidisciplinary engineering team, contributing across the full product lifecycle — from first spark to final flight-ready system. Your day-to-day could include:
Designing and simulating analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits that power real-world aerospace applications
Prototyping and testing hardware that goes from bench to aircraft
Collaborating on proposals and design reviews with both internal teams and customers
Leading EMI qualification testing, including writing test plans and navigating DO-160 and MIL-STD-461 standards
Working hands-on with mechanical and manufacturing teams to bring designs to life with seamless integration
Driving continuous improvement, helping sustain and enhance existing products through smart engineering solutions
What You Bring
BSEE or higher and 5+ years of experience in a related role
Strong background in analog circuit design and/or switching mode power supplies
Familiarity with aerospace standards like DO-160 or MIL-STD-461 is a big plus
Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, and working hands-on with electronics
Comfortable balancing independent work with strong teamwork and communication

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities, however you may serve as a mentor for other technical staff within the organization.

Compensation
$70,000- $120,000/year
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
