As an Engineering Technician on our team, you’ll be a key player in making sure our advanced aerospace electronics meet the highest standards before they ever leave the building. Your day-to-day work directly contributes to solving problems and ensuring product quality across multiple programs.

What You’ll Do

You'll work hands-on with products that support commercial, business, and military aircraft — identifying issues, diagnosing root causes, and helping keep our lines running smoothly. You’ll:

Troubleshoot electronic assemblies that fail acceptance testing

Conduct detailed visual inspections for workmanship, soldering, wiring, and component placement

Use test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, spectrum analyzers, etc.) to capture and analyze data

Determine root causes of test failures and work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues

Document your findings clearly and consistently

Help ensure quality through rigorous attention to detail and collaboration

What You Bring

5+ years of experience troubleshooting electronic circuits

Ability to read circuit board schematics and layouts

Hands-on skill with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, and more

Strong communication skills — written and verbal

A team-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and problem-solving

Technical degree preferred but not required

Physical Demands *

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and or arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects. Compensation

$20.00-$25.00/hour

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check, and applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
