Join our dynamic Engineering Team as a BMS Engineer and help us drive the future of facility operations through intelligent control systems. You'll be at the forefront of optimizing HVAC, lighting, solar, and aquatic systems to maximize reliability, energy efficiency, and performance across our facilities.

What You’ll Do

? Design & Optimize

Lead moderately complex designs and system upgrades to our Building Management Systems (BMS), driving energy efficiency, operational excellence, and reliability.

Develop control strategies and implement automation across HVAC, lighting, solar, and pool systems.

? Project Ownership

Manage projects from concept to completion, including scope definition, scheduling, testing, training, and budget tracking.

? Analyze & Improve

Monitor system performance site-wide and make data-driven adjustments to align with corporate sustainability goals.

Conduct acceptance testing, write maintenance procedures, and deliver technical training.

? Collaborate & Solve

Work hand-in-hand with Technical Services, utility supervisors, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve system challenges and enhance functionality.

? Lead with Innovation

Evaluate vendor products, perform engineering calculations, and continuously look for smarter ways to improve our systems and controls.

What You Bring

Education:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (Required)

Certifications (Preferred):

Niagara AX Technical Certification

Johnson Controls Metasys

Honeywell or other DDC System certifications

Valid Florida Driver’s License

Experience:

5+ years of engineering experience in BMS development within a theme park, industrial, or healthcare environment

Deep knowledge of HVAC and lighting control systems

Hands-on experience writing control sequences and designing BMS graphics/diagrams

Bonus Points For:

? Experience with solar and aquatic system controls

? Familiarity with Niagara Tridium platforms

? Strong analytical and communication skills
