Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Indiana Schools

VocoVision, in partnership with Sunbelt Staffing, is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full-time virtual services to K12 students across Indiana for the 20252026 school year. This is a 1099 hourly contract role that offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting students during standard school hours.

What Youll Do:

Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs

Conduct evaluations, diagnose speech-language disorders, and develop treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals

Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Maintain accurate and confidential documentation and progress reports

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of speech and language goals

What Youll Need:

Active Indiana SLP license and eligibility for school-based work

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

At least 2 years of school-based experience (teletherapy experience is a plus)

Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and headset

Comfort with digital therapy tools and virtual platforms
