Minimum 1+ years counselor experience required.

ProCare Therapy is seeking aqualifiedSchool Counselor at a district in Lakeway, Texas. This position will be for the 2025-2026 school year.

Job Type: Full time - 35+ hours per week

Job Length:August 4ththrough May 27th, 2026

Caseload: K-12th

Key Responsibilities:

Helping students with personal issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, family problems, or grief.

Running small groups for students facing similar challenges, like social skills groups, anger management, or coping with parental divorce.

Assisting students during emergencies, such as suicidal thoughts, abuse situations, or major emotional breakdowns.

Working with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' emotional and behavioral needs.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Counselling or related field.

Licensed Practical Nurse in Texas.

Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
