Job Title: Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician

Compensation: (Based on Experience)

Location: Columbus Oh

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends if needed)Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform general maintenance and repair duties across several business and personal properties. This individual must be self-motivated, honest, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and a wide range of maintenance experience.Key Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work (non-licensed), and lawn care.

Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure proper upkeep of multiple commercial and residential properties.

Use a company-provided van to travel between job sites (business use only).

Occasionally transport packaged materials, including non-controlled medical or pharmaceutical supplies, in compliance with all applicable laws and protocols.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, hours worked, and materials purchased.

Utilize a company-issued credit card responsibly for authorized purchases related to maintenance tasks.

Perform periodic inspections of properties and report on their condition.

Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and organized.

Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition.Requirements:

Proven experience in general property maintenance (at least 3–5 years preferred).

Strong skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, basic plumbing, and minor electrical work.

Experience with lawn and outdoor property care.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.

Trustworthy with access to private residences and financial resources.

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (background check required).

Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Must be comfortable working alone and managing a flexible schedule.Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar role servicing both residential and commercial properties.

Familiarity with safe handling and delivery of medical supplies or pharmaceuticals.

Basic computer or smartphone proficiency for tracking work orders and expenses.
