Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

This role is critical in providing comprehensive speech and language assessments, interventions, and support to students, ensuring their communication needs are effectively met for the 2025-2026 school year.

Qualifications:

Valid Virginia SLP License

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status

Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students

Strong assessment and intervention skills in speech and language disorders

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students

Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
