Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Communication Disorders
Valid Ohio state license and certification
Experience working with elementary to middle school-aged students
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Supervision provided for Clinical Fellows (CFs)
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff
Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding student needs and progress
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Supervise clinical fellows as required
