We are building a new manufacturing team in Waltham for our Protein products, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth. We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our IVD manufacturing team, aiding in the component manufacturing for immunoassay kits and maintaining material inventory while ensuring the smooth operation of lab equipment.
Responsibilities
Prepare bulk kit components and read batch production guides for intermediates and finished goods.
Effectively operate various laboratory equipment, including biological safety cabinets, pipettes, incubators, balances, pH meters, and centrifuges.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain line clearance and a clean work environment according to 5S standards.
Utilize ERP systems to complete work orders and support process development and product optimization.Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience in biomanufacturing, with a preference for candidates open to entry-level.
Proficiency in basic lab techniques and MS Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently when necessary.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Possess a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
Ability to lift 15 lbs.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work in a structured environment with a Monday to Friday day shift, preferred hours from 9am to 5pm, with potential flexibility. Enjoy a clean and organized workspace that adheres to the 5S standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
