TEKsystems is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for our client in Austin, TX.

Description

Core Technologies:

• Windows 7, Windows 10, SCCM - packaging and imaging, Outlook, familiarity with one note

• Knowledgeable about smartphones - a few mac but its rare

• Active Directory, adding groups, creating/deleting user accounts,

• Microsoft Office Experience

• Team breakdown Break/fix techs and refresh tech\'s

• Refresh - imaging, creating objects, creating groups in AD, install image, backup user data and upload to new device

• Boot up with a CD and pick what image is needed and upload

Top Skills Details

1. 3-5 years of experience performing installations, repairs, upgrades and maintenance on hardware and equipment.

2. Experience using Active Directory for administrative rights – creating/deleting accounts, user groups, etc.

3. Experience in an enterprise level environment conducting at a moment’s notice Break/Fix and IMAC support, troubleshooting, (3+ years exp)
