What Youll Do:

Perform OASIS Start of Care Assessments with expertise and efficiency.

Deliver top-tier nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and patient education.

Serve as a trusted resource for patients and families, guiding them through their care plans.

Schedule Details:

Shift:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM, 8-hour day shifts.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Some on-call and weekend responsibilities.

Qualifications Were Looking For:

Experience: At least one year of recent home health experience is required.

Licensure: Active Georgia RN license.

Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Expertise: Proficient in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase software.

Education: Nursing degree required.
