Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating business challenges, optimizing workflows, and facilitating successful implementation of digital projects.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend effective solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment.
• Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to manage project tasks and track progress.
• Develop and maintain business requirement documents to guide project execution.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the impact of proposed changes on system performance.
• Support Agile Scrum teams by participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Analyze and improve business processes within claim administration and CRM systems.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Word to communicate findings.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project tracking and task management.
• Strong skills in CRM systems and claim administration processes.
• Hands-on experience with gap analysis and business process optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Competence in creating business requirement documents and conducting A/B testing.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
