Travel Contract Home Health RN - Rome, GA

Job Description

Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.

Position Details:

Type: Full-time, 13-week contract

Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM, 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

Expertise in HomeCare HomeBase, OASIS, and Outlook for accurate documentation.

Perform scheduled visits including: Wound care,IV administration, and teaching

Cardiac follow-ups and interventions

Travel within the Floyd County area to provide home health services. Required Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience.

Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS.

Education:

Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.

Active Georgia RN license.

Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
