The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000 plus bonus potential. Specific compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.Compensation:

Review and analyze legal documents related to family law cases to provide accurate legal advice and strategies

Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations to advocate for their best interests

Conduct legal research on family law issues to stay informed on relevant laws and precedents

Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judges to ensure the smooth progress of casesQualifications:

3+ years of experience practicing family law

Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois

Strong research and writing skills

Experience with remote court appearances
