We specialize in commercial electrical construction. Our projects range from retail remodels to universities and distribution centers. What You Will be Doing:

We are in search of an experienced Electrical Project Manager to manage commercial electrical projects. In this leadership position you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and under budget, while maintaining high standards of safety. This position is based out of our Alpharetta, GA location.

The daily duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for overall execution of electrical commercial projects from take off to close out.

Responsible for managing resources, labor, materials and equipment at the most cost-effective terms

Work with owner/general contractor to order and coordinate delivery of all owner furnished materials

Provide supervision/coaching to project superintendent and electricians

Manage subcontractors

Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, take-offs, change orders, RFI's and contracts

Prepare and submit all required billing and close-out documents

Ensure compliance and OSHA safety requirements

Conduct project pre-construction meetings

Must be able to identify scope changes and handle issues

Effective communicator regarding projects and plan to meet project demands

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Required Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of job-related work experience in electrical construction.

Strong electrical background with knowledge of electrical standards and codes

Must be willing to travel up to 50% for site visits on the projects you manage

Must have a valid driver's license

Proficient computer skills; including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Strong verbal communication and written skills required

Positive attitude and ready to meet any challenge
