Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant with a minimum of 15 years of experience in ERP implementations, business process optimization, and system integration. The ideal candidate must be Microsoft-certified and have a proven track record of leading full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business processes and recommend best-practice solutions using D365 F&O.

Provide functional and technical expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other relevant modules.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with other enterprise systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and Microsoft best practices.

Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.

Troubleshoot issues, manage customizations, and optimize system performance.

Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics trends, features, and updates, providing insights on system improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification (current and active).

15+ years of experience with ERP systems, including a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Proven experience in leading multiple full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.

Strong expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or other relevant modules.

Ability to design, configure, and customize solutions based on business needs.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and leadership.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in cloud-based ERP migrations.

Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure services.

Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for various industries.
