$70,000 - $90,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Support attorneys by assisting with all aspects of family law cases, ensuring smooth and efficient case management.

Collaborate closely with Senior Attorneys to facilitate case strategy and execution.

Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support motions, filings, and case preparation.

Draft, review, and file a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, and discovery materials.

Organize and prepare materials for trials, including motions, briefs, exhibits, and witness lists.

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.

Maintain accurate and well-organized case files—both physical and electronic—with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Assist with preparation for depositions, mediations, and hearings to support attorneys throughout the litigation process.Qualifications:

Must have at least 4 years of experience working as a family law paralegal, specifically in Georgia.

Proficiency in all aspects of family law, particularly focused on drafting pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery, is essential.

Demonstrated strong research and writing skills are required.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and legal research software.

Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Expected to bill 130 hours monthly.About Company
