Key Responsibilities:
Partnering with business and IT teams to implement newly designed forecasting and procurement processes in SAP S/4.
Supporting the achievement of program goals through testing, training, data conversion, cutover, and hyper-care activities.
Managing and coordinating end-to-end testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Day-in-the-Life (DITL) cycles.
Opening, tracking, and resolving bugs and defects across all testing phases.
Supporting data readiness by validating data, tracking migration efforts, and escalating issues as needed.
Assisting in the development and execution of end-user training content and sessions.
Monitoring and reporting progress on cutover and readiness checklists, proactively identifying and flagging gaps or delays.
Tracking and managing risks, issues, and action items to support a successful go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
Documenting key decisions, lessons learned, and stabilization activities post-implementation. Qualifications:
Bachelorâ s degree required.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting business systems implementations, global programs, or major change initiatives.
Direct hands-on experience using SAP S/4 Procurement and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules.
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams); experience with Smartsheet and Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus.
Experience with coordination of testing (UAT/SIT), data migration, and/or end-user training is highly preferred.
Strong experience with Master Data Governance (MDG), including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Background in medical devices, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
Familiarity with change management or learning and development initiatives is preferred.
Exposure to ERP or other large-scale system implementations is a bonus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Flexibility to align with U.S. time zones (working primarily off EST); willingness to accommodate flexible hours when needed.
Availability to travel occasionally (<10%) for training sessions, workshops, and other project-related activities.
