What's the Role?

As the Workforce Development Leader, your primary mission is to effectively onboard and train new and temporary employees in roles ranging from Packaging Associate to Operator Specialist. Your goal? To tailor training to individual paces without compromising on standards, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout.

A Day in the Life:

Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors, while maintaining clear communication with the Operations Manager and HR to address training needs.

Empower trainees with safe work practices and quality assurance.

Monitor training schedules, manage documentation, and guide trainees without assigning tasks directly.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are favored.

Flexibility in work hours, embracing shift changes as necessary.

Competence in updating dynamic training modules with the leadership team.

Excellent ability to coach both peers and leaders, making an impact in an industrial setting.

Strong computer proficiency - particularly in Microsoft Office.

Consistent attendance and work performance records.
