Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration
1-3 years network technical experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project Management, and Outlook)
Requires a Valid Driver's License (subject to motor vehicle review)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Install, maintain, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network equipment and
Support production network operations
Provide analyses of automation challenges and problems regarding the
Assist with developing and identifying technical solutions in responsive to the needs of the
Ensure information reporting on network equipment, status, and problem
Follow procedures, policies, and technical solutions in regarding the center that affects the
Participate in planning and execution of hardware installations, cabling, and other operations relating to the network systems and/or
Ability to apply general knowledge of network and computer processes, technologies and systems in support of project team and customer issues/requests and completion of assignments.
Responsible for resolving production incidents by working with internal and external technology support
Perform initial tier 1 troubleshooting techniques in attempt to resolve Escalates using official escalation procedures when appropriate.
Responsible for managing service requests and executing standard changes with minimal
Ticket Open, update, and close incidents. Communicates status to associates/management via approved communication processes.
Follows structured method of procedures and change management
Maintain and submit reporting on inspections, service visits, service issues, and site
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
