Pay: $95,000 to $120,000 annual salary

YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS AN IT SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

Your day begins by diving into a dynamic environment where your technical skills transform complex challenges into seamless solutions. You implement cutting-edge records management software, oversee system administration, and design retention schedules-ensuring our digital ecosystem is secure and efficient. From troubleshooting issues to collaborating on innovative strategies, every day brings fresh opportunities to learn and lead. Your expertise keeps the engine of our records management humming flawlessly as you become the go-to expert in the information technology field!

YOUR SCHEDULE

Full-Time: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of using records management software and tools

Experience with records management systems such as OpenText, Micro Focus Content Manager, or HP Autonomy Records Manager

Experience in implementing records management systems

Experience creating and implementing retention schedules and guidelines

Proficiency with computer and database applications used in document and records management programs

Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of document and records management and control

We also prefer experience working with the Department of Homeland Security.
