IP Litigation Associate Attorney Qualification/Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in complex IP litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

- Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in California
