IT Analyst Law Firm / Desktop & Support Operations
Location: Dallas, TX (Fully Onsite)
Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $78,000$82,000 + Bonus
About the Opportunity
Join one of the nations leading Am Law 100 firms as an IT Analyst supporting the firm's Dallas office. This role is the frontline of IT support, offering high-touch service to attorneys and staff while contributing to larger firm-wide tech initiatives. Its ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment and has prior law firm experience.
You'll be responsible for end-user support, software and hardware maintenance, meeting/event tech support, and helping with IT operations. This is an onsite role with exposure to critical systems and high-profile users.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical support contact for end users, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
Support video conferencing, presentations, and firm event technology.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and firm-standard software.
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, printers, and networking systems.
Manage support tickets using ServiceNow and ensure clear communication with users.
Assist with mobile device setup and remote access tools (VPN, Citrix).
Coordinate outages and planned maintenance with network/telecom teams.
Maintain asset management records and compliance with data security policies.
Participate in firm-wide IT deployments, updates, and user training.
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience
3+ years in technical support, ideally in a legal or professional services environment
Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, MS Teams, Citrix, VPN
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Familiar with iManage, iOS/Mobile Device Management, and basic networking
Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
Previous law firm experience required
