System Analyst (Java)

Assist in the development and support of systems using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI

Provides technical support to users, troubleshoots and resolves system issues

Participates in business analysis and technical design sessions

Ensures compliance with industry regulations

Document system processes and present progress reports

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation

Could be assigned as Project Manager in some projects

For senior position, provide coaching and mentoring to team members

Support incident tickets and service request tickets raised by business users, and liaise with technical team for solution development

Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and applications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar

Minimum 5 years of experience in system development and support

Strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI

Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously

Involved in one or more full SDLCs for enterprise projects

Knowledge of SAP Crystal Report and Jasper Report will be added advantage
