System Analyst (NET)

Conducts business requirement gathering, user testing and training and prepare necessary functional documentation

Assist in the development and support of systems using .NET Framework 4.5 and above, Visual Studio (VS) 2015 and above, JQuery/Kendo/Telerik UI controls, MS SQL, Entity Framework, Web API, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Provides functional and technical support to users

Troubleshoots and resolves system issues

Participates in business analysis and technical design sessions

Ensures compliance with industry regulations

Documents system processes and present progress reports

Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation

Could be assigned as Project Manager in some projects and if so, to provide coaching and mentoring to team members

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar

Minimum 5 years’ of experience in business requirement gathering, system development and support

Strong functional skills in business requirement gathering and translating requirements to functional specifications, test cases and training manual

Strong technical skills in .NET Framework 4.5 and above, Visual Studio (VS) 2015 and above, JQuery/Kendo/Telerik UI controls, MS SQL, Entity Framework, Web API, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving abilities, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously

Involved in one or more full SDLCs for enterprise projects
