We have the following internship opportunity in Bloomington, MN to support our Sales/Marketing team.

The Sales/Marketing Intern will support the company’s sales and marketing teams through a variety of tasks, including researching prospects, assisting with outbound communication, managing social media, and supporting the creation of marketing content.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Support

Prospect potential customers through online research

Assist with outbound phone calls and emails to engage new leads

Help maintain CRM databases and update lead information

Collaborate with the sales team to support campaigns and outreach initiatives

Marketing Support

Manage and schedule social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X

Assist with writing marketing copy for campaigns, emails, and posts

Post internal communications via our Focal Point platform

Help design marketing materials and support brand messaging

Partner with the marketing team to ensure consistency and creativity in communications

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A motivated, self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
