Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Welder Laborers for projects located in and around Youngstown, OH. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $18/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

Perform welding tasks on metal components following specifications & quality standards

Weld in vertical, horizontal, & in-position orientations

Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding in various positions

Conduct inspections to ensure weld quality

Use grinders & other fabrication tools

Follow all safety protocols

Maintain a clean & safe work environment

Complete assignments on time and report issues to management

Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in the trade

Welding/Fabrication experience preferred

AWS Certification or Vocational

Ability to read Blueprints

Safety Awareness

Ability to lift heavy materials

Willingness to work OT as needed

Proper PPE
