Front Office Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, high-functioning, multi-tasking individual to join our team of professionals as a Front Office/New Patient Coordinator.

Our front office person is responsible for all first points of contact with existing and prospective patients. We are looking for that unique individual who is both precise, genuinely friendly and able to positively communicate with all sorts of personalities

The salary will be based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Candidates who are wellness-minded will be given priority.Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourlyResponsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely customer service by answering incoming calls and online inquiries

Maintain up-to-date files and schedule appointments for patients

Verify insurance and collect payments/copays

Ensure the reception area is clean and stocked with materials

Support patients with their needs and engage in sales activities

Manage the daily operations of the roomQualifications:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting

Knowledge about medical office procedures

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
